Refunds
Online purchases of licenses can be cancelled within 24 hours after the transaction has been made. To cancel your online order, you must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. When contacting us, please provide your name, the order number, your contact information and the reason for cancelling your license.
After your cancellation has been endorsed, a full refund will be made to you with exeption of the transactions and administration costs of the made purchase. Typically, refunds will be made to your credit card or bank account within 8 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Our paid licenses are available on a yearly subscription which is automatically extended. You may cancel your license one month prior the end of the licensed year by e-mail or written letter.
