Users can create and select a custom view to change the columns displayed in the Product Catalog list. Open the View dropdown menu and select the option Edit this View to open the view editing window.





In the pop-up window, use the left-right arrow icons to add or remove a column header from the Active Table View (note: unused columns will be listed in the Available Table Columns list).




In addition to selecting the column headers that will be displayed in the catalog list, users can adjust the following:


  •    Order of fields - change the order in which the columns are displayed by moving field positions with the up-down arrow icons
  •    Sort Column - specify which column to sort on by default when the custom view is selected


Once you have chosen your preferred displayed columns, click Apply or Apply and Save to apply these view settings to your catalog list. Saved views can be selected from the list of view options in the View dropdown menu.
