Advanced sample searches that need to be performed on a regular basis can be saved in the Search List for easy access. After performing an advanced search, click Save Search to add the search criteria as an entry in the Search List.

Next, enter a label for the search and click Save.

The Search Lists tab will become available in the toolbar to the user's saved searches. Click on a shortcut to run a search of the inventory with the saved search criteria.

Search Lists can be managed by clicking Manage Search Lists. Here you can remove, rename or update  the search criteria.
