All users in your organisation that need access to the system require their own account. In this way, the system enables organisations to log who made changes in the system in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). A user can set up their own account by registering their account. For organisation-wide installations, the system offers centralized user management by the organisation administrator or system administrator.


eLabJournal also supports integration with federated logins such as Active Directory (AD) / LDAP(S), SAML and SURFconext.
